Game

Hello from Cloverfold

A studio name, a website, and a plan to build the rest of this in public.

This is the first post, so it should probably explain what this is.

Cloverfold is a small studio. Its first game is Glødkeeper (then called Glowlings), a creature-collecting game about friendship rather than fighting, and it’s been in development for a while now — long enough that the tooling built to run it has become interesting in its own right.

Why a site at all

Mostly so there’s somewhere permanent. Social platforms are good at reaching people and bad at keeping anything; a post that did well two years ago is functionally gone. A devlog and a roadmap that live at a stable address are worth having even when nobody’s reading them yet.

Two things to read about

The games side is what it’s like to play. The platform side is how it’s built — the admin portal, the artwork pipeline, the reward gateway, and the architectural decisions behind them. Different audiences, so they’re kept apart, and the devlog lets you filter to whichever you care about.

What’s next

Getting Glødkeeper finished, mostly. The roadmap has the honest version.
